Shipping

Delivery within Australia. FREE.

Please allow up to 7 working days to allow for printing and processing.

Original paintings on canvas will be sent with backing frame included and sent via Courier.

International Delivery. Flat rate of $35 AUD.

Please allow between 2-4 weeks for international orders to arrive.

*Original canvas paintings will be sent as canvas only (frame excluded) for international orders. Frame backing will be removed to allow for ease of delivery.

Australia to USA Import Duties

The United States (US) has imposed a 10% baseline tariff, which took effect on 5 April 2025. Most goods originating in Australia will be subject to this 10% tariff on import into the US. The new tariffs are paid by US importers. American customers please note you WILL be charged an import duty at your end. That duty will need to be paid before the items enter the USA. 

The international delivery flat rate fee only covers Australia Post shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Upon receiving your order, should you notice it has been damaged, please take a photo and keep the parcel. Please contact me within 48 hours of your parcel being received, after this time a refund or exchange will not be considered.

For change of mind purchases, refund or exchange is not available. Only goods damaged during transit will be considered for exchange.

*If your parcel was delivered by Australia Post, you must take the damaged item, including the packaging, into your local Post Office and lodge directly with them.
